October 15-18. 7th International Public Art Festival Art Prospect

Art Prospect festival is the largest annual public art festival in St. Petersburg. This year, it runs both in online and offline formats and for the first time, will be organized in two steps.

An important part of the festival is the showcase of the augmented reality projects on the territory of the Ivan Gaza Palace of Culture. On October 15-18, with the help of special mobile application, everybody can see how artists addressed the main theme of the festival “Treasure Hunt” using the AR-technologies.

One of the projects is the AR work «The Third Grid» by Swiss artist Navid Tschopp. Navid invites everyone to figure out how contemporary digital technologies help us building up new communities and to «arm dance» with people from all over the world.

The second step of the festival will take place in May 2021. We’ll keep you posted about the Swiss program of this step later.

For more updates, please follow the Facebook page of the festival.
