October 11. «Hocus Pocus» by Philippe Saire

The performance of the Swiss choreographer Philippe Saire «Hocus Pocus» is a part of the International Theatre «Kingfestival». It will be presented online.

The performance was created for two dancers and is based on the power of images and the play of the appearance and disappearance of bodies and objects through special decorations. The key theme of the «Hocus Pocus» is fraternal relations that develop through trials and obstacles during a fantastic journey.

Philippe Saire is one of the most important figures of Swiss contemporary dance, interested in the interaction of visual art, contemporary dance, and theatre. He is familiar to Russian audience by his «Vacuum» production, presented at the «Territory» festival in 2019. More
