The 8th season of DRAMA_talk: Between Text and Theatre is dedicated to Swiss drama of the XXI century. From January to August 2019, directors from Nizhny Novgorod and Moscow will present stage readings and engage in open discussion of texts written by 8 Swiss authors.
On March 4, the Literary Museum of Gorky in Nizhny Novgorod will host a reading of Katja Brunner’s play Too Short in the Legs, a drama about trials suffered by a girl who was harassed by her father. For this work, the playwright won the prestigious Mülheim Prize. The play was included in the latest collection of contemporary German-language drama, SHAG-5. Stage director is Lev Kharlamov. More
